1. Definitions

  • “Consumer” means an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession.

  • “We/Us/Our” refers to Zugpets.

  • “Goods” means the products supplied by Us as specified in Your Order.

  • “Order” means an order placed by You as set out in Your checkout/confirmation.

These Terms apply to all orders placed via our website. By placing an Order, You confirm that You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Contract Formation

Your Order represents an offer to Us. The contract is formed when We email You confirmation of payment.

4. Price and Payment

  • You must return the Goods to Us within 14 days of notifying cancellation.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the Goods are faulty or not as described.

  • If the Goods are faulty or damaged, please contact Us immediately for replacement or refund.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • All Goods supplied are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, giving You the right to a refund, repair or replacement if the Goods are faulty or misdescribed.

  • Our liability to You will not exceed the price of the Goods purchased.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, images and logos displayed on the Zugpets website are owned or licensed to Us.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any part of Our website content without Our prior written permission.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or transport delays.
